Hi Rob,

This is really interesting. It refutes some of the standard theories on entrepreneurial phenomenon. But i think it is very much culture specific and therefore cannot be generalised. In this part of the country, entrepreneurs are mostly drawn from unemployed people who started as a last resort. But things are changing here also. There is a growing confidence that it is possible to be one's own master. Information and communication technology has greatly added to this new confidence.
