There is a common misconception that a PA offers telephone answering services.

This is just not true

A PA offers a lot more sophisticated service then you would think for.

Yes they do include a telephone answering service, but they also offer, Minute taking at meetings, typing up memos, administration duties and of course the all important task of sending out invoices to your clients / customers , making sure that you and your company get paid on time , to name a few.

I hope that this clears up any misunderstandings and misconceptions about the services a PA offers.

PAs should be very well commended. I am very grateful I have my PA with me. She has helped me through a lot, not only with business-related tasks, but also some personal ones. Well, I know I shouldn't hand over personal tasks to her, but sometimes she insists that she wants to help me out. :)

PA is not just to take calls but you can say all duties of boss are handeled by PA he is responsible for check and balance and handel all activities , i think its really a tough and responsible job
