Hi All
I have written a guide on how to upgrade XP to Windows 7 (http://www.lanarkshireitservices.co.uk/upgrade-xp-to-windows-7.html) covering things like Windows Easy Transfer, XP Mode, backups, upgrade paths etc.
Hope it helps someone clear up the XP to Windows 7 mysteries!
Regards
Thanks for this guide - tackling these sorts of issues has always held me back from upgrading .... plus the fact that MS seems to have upgrades all the time!

I think windows 7 is much heavy then XP. But its true that Windows 7 contains some fruitful new programmes which are very beneficial for the user & also which are not offered by XP.But I still loves XP because I am addict to it.

XP was the best OP the microsoft had until they came out with windows 7. I had vista, and it was horrible, about as bad a Millenium, but I would get Win 7 and you would be very happy, it is great for a IBM based PC. However, Mac is still the best, in my opinion.
