Hello everyone,
My name is Vicky, I work for an independant I.T company that specialises in CRM for smaller companies. We are Leeds based and cover the whole of the UK as well as a couple of international clients. During the course of my work generating sales I spend a lot of time talking to business owners on the phone, and it surprises me that people do not know exactly how CRM applies to them and how it can help make smaller businesses more efficient and profitable.
