as it is unsolicited mail and 99% ends up in the junk / deleted folder.

I can also guaranteed that it never reaches the person who it was addressed to, so as far as i can see , seems a total waste of time and effort

I regard buying an email marketing list as a waste of time and effort but there are ways to make email marketing work for you.

E-mail marketing is advanced option of marketing it's good some time but i found some time e-mail look like Spam, people in e-mail marketing just send a links to customer.It's gives wrong impression to customer.
