I and some other people in my community have started a non-profitable organization for needy families and single and struggling parent and have a food and food store. I have emailed various government agencies and can’t get a strait answer about getting grants for food stores. They keep telling me to go to government grants but on there I cannot find a single grant that is for food stores. Have you got any information about this?

It may be more difficult to get hold of government grants if you are a non-profit organisations. That is usually the remit of various charitable organisations so you may want to start your hunt with these.
