I guess it would be nice to have a 'template' business - would make life so much easier for us all but just not to be!

You are certainly in a tough market. Not sure what country you are in but with cheap (and not so cheap) flights coming under pressure your line is going to be hit as you have already found.

I'm sure you will find some answers.
